Medical care is becoming a family affair at the corner of Fowler and Orchard Streets in Port Jervis. Days ago, Johnny Little and his construction crew began building an urgent care center on that corner, next to Little Pediatrics, office of pediatrician Sara Little, Johnny’s sister. Making the corner further familial, the doctor who initiated the venture is Brandon O’Connor, Sara’s husband.
